Dr. Marc Camacho is Head of the Division of Emergency & Hospital Radiology for the Mayo Clinic Arizona Hospital and an Associate Professor of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Sciences. 

He fully supports Anita’s effort on conservation and environmental stewardship.

Marc is a Florida native, born in Ft. Pierce. He grew up in the Tampa Bay area, where he first met his wife, Anita, in 4th grade. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School. After earning degrees at the University of Miami and Boston University, he returned to Tampa and earned his MD degree from the University of South Florida. After earning his intern and residency certificates at the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and working at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, he returned to Tampa. He worked at Sarasota Memorial and Tampa General Hospitals as a partner in Radiolgy Associates of Florida until July 2023 when he joined Mayo Clinic. .

He married Anita in 2011. They have 4 children and several animals and are blessed to live in a lovely home in South Tampa. He mainly works remotely from that home, with frequent travel to Phoenix.
